Phuket Top Team Pad Holders Course (2019)

The Phuket Top Team Pad Holders Course was a 12-hour course that I completed this year. After completion, I received a certification signed by Nampon Phuket TopTeam the head instructor for my course.

Completing this pad holders course in just over 2 weeks. I was happy and the instructors felt that they have seen great improvement. I did not go into the course not knowing how to hold pads but what I did do was go in with a completely open mind and a blank slate. This was the best way for me to take in the style and technique I was being taught!
